Customer Service Executive


Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone or chat in a professional and timely manner.
  • Provide accurate information regarding products, services, policies, and procedures.
  • Resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues to higher management when necessary.
  • Maintain customer records by updating account information in the system.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and satisfaction is achieved.
  • Generate and share reports on customer interactions, feedback, and recurring issues.
  • Meet performance targets such as response time, customer satisfaction score, and issue resolution.
