Role Overview: As a Customer Service Executive at our company, your role will involve providing excellent service to our clients by prioritizing their needs and ensuring their satisfaction. You will be responsible for order and inquiry management, order processing, production coordination, customer follow-ups, logistics and shipment coordination, as well as forecasting and reporting. Your ability to work efficiently under pressure, handle multiple responsibilities, and communicate effectively in English will be essential for this role. Key Responsibilities: - Order & Inquiry Management - Order Processing & System Updates - Production Coordination - Customer Follow-Ups - Logistics & Shipment Coordination - Forecasting & Reporting Qualification Required: - Minimum Graduates with good command over English speaking & writing - Minimum 4-5 years of experience - Experience in the label printing industry is preferred Please note that applications from individuals without a relevant background in the label printing industry will not be considered for this position.
