Job Description

Role Overview: As a Senior Executive Customer Service / Technical Support, you will be responsible for interfacing with customers via inbound and/or outbound calls, Emails/Chats, or through the Internet to provide customer service support/Technical Support and resolve routine problems regarding client's products or services. Your main goal will be to ensure that the service delivered to customers meets contractual Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). You will need to clarify customer requirements, probe for understanding, and use decision-support tools to provide appropriate resolutions. Additionally, you will be expected to maintain a courteous and professional demeanor while addressing customer needs and concerns. Key Responsibilities: - Ensure that service delivered meets contractual Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) - Clarify customer requirements and provide appropriate resolution - Listen attentively to customer needs and concerns, demonstrating empathy and building rapport - Greet customers in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner - Maintain basic knowledge of client products and services - Prepare complete and accurate work, including notating accounts as required - Participate in activities to improve customer satisfaction and business performance - Offer additional products and services - Track, document, and retrieve information in the call tracking database - Respond to customer inquiries by referring them to published materials or more senior staff Qualifications Required: - Graduate/Undergraduate in any discipline - Courteous with a strong customer service orientation - Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge - Effective communication in English, Hindi & Kannada, both written and verbally - Dependable with attention to detail - Skilled in multi-tasking and adaptable to changes quickly - Tolerance for repetitive work in a fast-paced environment - Ability to work as a team member or independently - Patience in all customer interactions - Willingness to work 6 days a week - Ability to handle complex queries and resolve them independently Company Details: The company offers walk-in interviews from Monday to Saturday between 10 AM and 5 PM at the following address: 41, St Johns Rd, Rukmani Colony, Shivaji Nagar, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560042.
