Job Description:

We are looking for a passionate and skilled Senior Service Executive to join our VIP Services team. As a VIP Executive, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our premium clients, helping them navigate their journey with us. You will play a crucial role in understanding the unique preferences of each VIP client, providing personalized solutions, and ensuring that they receive a seamless, high-quality experience throughout their membership.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a client-centric mindset, and a deep passion for helping people find their ideal life partners.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Customer Interaction and Service:
  • Engage with high-profile users via inbound and outbound calls for customer service, renewals, and upselling.
  • Provide expert guidance on Company's services and features.
  • Address customer concerns with professionalism and empathy.
  • Assist users in enhancing their profiles to boost visibility.
  • Sales, Renewals, and Revenue Generation:
  • Upsell premium services and handle membership renewals effectively.
  • Build lasting relationships and maximize revenue opportunities.
  • This is a fixed salary role, unaffected by targets.
  • Documentation and CRM Updates:
  • Maintain detailed records of all interactions in the CRM.
  • Follow all standard operating procedures and compliance guidelines.
  • Team Collaboration and Learning:
  • Collaborate with other teams to improve customer experience.
  • Attend trainings to stay updated with platform upgrades.

Requirements & Remuneration:

For Night Shift - Male Candidates Only

  • Fluency: English + Hindi
  • Shift: Night Shift with 2 Rotational Week Offs
  • Qualification: Minimum HSC Passed
  • Experience Requirement: Minimum 6 months in Customer Service/sales/Renewals/upselling/cross-selling.
  • Age: 24 to 37 years

Salary:

25,000 - 35,000 IN Hand + PF + Mediclaim + Other benefits.
