Customer Care Executive - BPO We're looking for enthusiastic and skilled Customer Care Executives to join our fast-paced BPO team. If you're a highly motivated individual with a passion for helping customers and excellent communication skills, we encourage you to apply! What you'll do: Provide exceptional online customer support through chat, addressing inquiries and resolving issues efficiently. Accurately perform data entry tasks, ensuring all customer interactions and information are meticulously recorded. Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy while interacting with customers. What we're looking for: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Fluency in English is a must. Strong chatting skills with the ability to convey information clearly and concisely. Any Bachelor's Graduate degree. Comfortable working in rotational shifts (morning, day, and overnight shifts).
