Customer Service Executive

As a Customer Care Executive in our fast-paced BPO team, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional online customer support through chat. Your responsibilities will include addressing inquiries, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring meticulous recording of all customer interactions and information through accurate data entry tasks. It is essential to maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy while interacting with customers to deliver a seamless experience. We are seeking individuals with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, along with fluency in English. Strong chatting skills are required to convey information clearly and concisely. A Bachelor's Graduate degree is preferred for this role. You should be comfortable working in rotational shifts, including morning, day, evening, and overnight shifts.
