📌 Job Title: Customer Service Executive 🏢 Company: IndusInd Bank 🎓 Qualification: Graduate 💼 Experience: Minimum 6 months (Insurance Sector) 📍 Job Location: Mumbai – Andheri East 💰 Salary: Up to 4 LPA + ESI & PF 📄 Roles & Responsibilities: • Handle inbound customer calls and address queries, requests, and complaints. • Accurately log customer requests and complaints in the CRM system. • Educate customers about bank products, services, and benefits, and generate qualified leads. • Ensure adherence to compliance and regulatory guidelines at all times. • Identify customer pain points and suggest process improvements. • Meet monthly performance targets including Quality, Efficiency, and Accuracy. • Maintain strong knowledge of banking products, systems, and processes. • Achieve assigned sales targets effectively. ✨ Desired Skills: • Excellent verbal communication skills. • Strong comprehension and ability to interpret customer information. • Customer-service oriented with good problem-solving ability. • Knowledge of Banking or Credit Cards (preferred). ⏱ Work Timings: • Day Shift / Night Shift (Male Candidates Only) 📌 Additional Requirements: • Candidates must clear an aptitude exam with a minimum score of 40/50.
