Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls, chats, or emails for international clients.
Understand customer concerns, troubleshoot issues, and provide accurate resolutions.
Maintain professional communication and deliver a high-quality customer experience.
Document customer interactions in CRM tools and ensure timely follow-ups.
Identify and escalate complex issues to relevant departments when necessary.
Achieve service metrics including AHT, CSAT, quality scores, and attendance targets.
Adhere to process guidelines, compliance standards, and data security protocols.
Stay updated with product knowledge, policies, and procedural changes.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
Strong listening, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
Comfortable working in night/rotational shifts.
Basic computer literacy with experience using CRM systems, MS Office, and ticketing tools.
Ability to handle pressure, multitask, and maintain professionalism at all times.
Experience in US process (customer service, technical support, or sales).
Familiarity with global customer service etiquette.
Neutral or near-neutral accent.
