The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a customer-first attitude, and a proven ability to generate and convert leads. Key Responsibilities Handle outbound calls to potential leads and existing customers. Convert leads into sales and maintain follow-up communications. Resolve customer queries and provide accurate information. Maintain call records and update CRM systems as needed. Report daily progress and results to the manager. Requirements Excellent communication skills. Proficiency in English and Tamil is must. 0-2 years of experience in tele sales/ Customer care or a related field.
