Key Responsibilities

Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and WhatsApp
Provide accurate and helpful information related to products, orders, returns, and shipping
Address discount or promotional queries share active offers clearly; if no discount is available, politely explain the policy while emphasizing the value and impact of our products
Coordinate with internal teams (logistics, production, and sales) to ensure timely resolution of issues
Conduct follow-ups to ensure issue closure and boost satisfaction
Identify and summarize common customer concerns or trends, and contribute suggestions for improving service quality

Candidate Profile

Fluent in English (spoken and written)
Excellent communication skills polite, patient, and people-friendly
Strong follow-up skills and confidence in handling both cold and warm customer interactions
Goal-oriented and eager to learn, with a professional and positive attitude
Detail-oriented, reliable, and passionate about delivering top-notch customer experiences
