Job Description

Role: Customer Service Executive

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to client inquiries promptly via calls, emails, and chats.
  • Provide guidance and support for Alibaba.com services and account management.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Resolve client issues efficiently and escalate when necessary.
  • Work closely with sales and operations teams to ensure smooth customer experience.
  • Follow up with clients to ensure their satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Any graduate.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle client queries patiently and professionally.
  • Prior experience in customer service, B2B, or call center support is an advantage.
  • Comfortable using computers and basic software tools.

Location: Thane, Maharashtra
