Job Description

Company: Dyneton – Alibaba.com Channel Partner

Role: Customer Service Executive

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound client queries via calls, emails, and chats professionally.
  • Assist clients with Alibaba.com services, account setup, and troubleshooting.
  • Maintain records of customer interactions and update CRM accurately.
  • Provide timely solutions to client issues and escalate when necessary.
  • Collaborate with sales and operations teams to ensure seamless customer experience.
  • Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Graduate in any discipline.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Problem-solving attitude and patience in handling client concerns.
  • Prior experience in customer service or B2B support is a plus.
  • Knowledge of basic computer operations and MS Office.

Location: Surat, Gujarat
