Customer Service Executive

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries through various channels such as phone, email, chat, and in-person interactions in a prompt and courteous manner. You will provide detailed information about our services, pricing, timelines, and policies, ensuring that customers are well-informed. Handling customer complaints, concerns, or special requests will also be part of your duties, and you will escalate issues when necessary to ensure swift resolution. Collaboration is key in this role as you will work closely with different departments including sales, dispatch, billing, and operations to guarantee seamless communication and execution. Monitoring and tracking shipments will be part of your responsibilities, and you will proactively update customers about any delays or changes to their orders. Your input for continuous improvement is valuable; reporting common issues and suggesting process enhancements will contribute to the overall efficiency of our operations. To excel in this position, you should have proven experience in customer service, preferably in logistics, relocation, or service-based industries. Your excellent verbal and written communication skills will be essential in effectively engaging with customers. Strong organizational and time-management abilities are required to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools like Word, Excel, and Outlook is necessary for this role.
