Job Description

We are Hiring Customer Service Executives! With upselling Background Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally. Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate telecom products and services. Upsell additional services and features to existing customers. Provide accurate information about products, services, and promotions. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions. Achieve individual and team sales targets. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention. Follow standard operating procedures and compliance guidelines. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; higher education preferred. Previous experience in a BPO or customer service role, preferably in the telecom industry. Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Strong sales and upselling abilities. Ability to handle stressful situations and multitask effectively. Proficiency in using CRM software and basic computer applications. Flexibility to work in various shifts.
