The Role: First Impression & Ongoing Support

Customer Service Executive

English and Malayalam


Key Responsibilities:
  • Bilingual Communication Hub:

    Manage high-volume inbound and outbound communications fluently in both

    English and Malayalam

    (written and verbal).
  • Lead Qualification:

    Handle incoming calls and inquiries from

    new leads

    , providing initial company and product information, and accurately routing qualified opportunities to the sales team.
  • Client Support:

    Resolve service requests, technical issues, and billing queries from

    existing clients

    , ensuring quick and satisfactory solutions.
  • Relationship Management:

    Build and maintain strong, professional relationships, fostering client loyalty and acting as a Neurofactor brand ambassador.
  • Business Travel:

    Be able to

    travel and meet with key clients

    in person when necessary for relationship building, account reviews, or complex issue resolution.
  • Documentation & Reporting:

    Meticulously record all lead interactions, client issues, and service resolutions in our CRM system.


What We're Looking For:
  • Education:

    A degree in

    BBA or MBA is preferred

    , demonstrating a strong foundation in business operations, client professionalism, and account management.
  • Language Fluency:

    Exceptional proficiency

    in both

    English

    and

    Malayalam

    is mandatory for effective communication with our diverse client base.
  • Client-Facing Readiness:

    Proven ability to handle both initial business development inquiries (leads) and ongoing service needs (clients) with professionalism and tact.
  • Flexibility & Travel:

    Must be willing and able to

    travel

    locally or regionally to meet with clients as required.
  • Technical Aptitude:

    Ability to quickly learn and communicate information about digital products (software, AI, cloud) clearly to non-technical audiences.
