Customer Service Executive

Key responsibilities:

1. Attend all the incoming customer service calls & call back the missed calls
2. Call back the customers if they had a query that needs to be reverted later3. Coordinate with other teams as per requirement (like dispatch information, order status, etc.)4. Check the email inquiries & revert to all emails

Note: Candidates must come to the office daily. The work timings will be 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM, 6 days a week.

Skill(s) required:

English Proficiency (Spoken & Written)
Hindi Proficiency (Spoken & Written)

Who can apply

We invite applications from individuals who hold at least a graduation degree and are either currently based in Delhi or open to relocating to Delhi or nearby cities.

Other requirements

Experience in customer service will be an added advantage but freshers can also apply (male or female)

Should have proficiency in writing & speaking English & Hindi

Should be honest, sincere, and committed towards the work & company

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
