Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Customer Service Executive. The Customer Service Executive will handle day-to-day tasks such as managing customer inquiries, ensuring customer satisfaction, providing support, and managing customer service operations. The role involves addressing customer issues, assisting with bookings, and maintaining a high standard of customer service management.
