The Customer Service Executive will be responsible for accurate data entry, preparing EXIM (Export Import) documentation. The role involves coordinating with internal teams, responding to customer queries, tracking shipments, and ensuring all documents are complete and compliant.
2. Prepare and verify EXIM (ExportImport) documentation, including invoices, packing lists, BL/AWB, declarations, and other shipping documents.
3. Maintain proper documentation and ensure compliance with company and statutory guidelines.
4. Assist in preparing MIS reports and data summaries for management.
