Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and hands-on Techno-Functional Program/Project Manager to lead and deliver multi-disciplinary technology projects across Application Development, Software Engineering, and Enterprise Data Management spaces. The ideal candidate will have strong technical acumen, project delivery rigor, exceptional stakeholder management skills, and a proven ability to manage delivery across Agile, Hybrid, and Waterfall methodologies. Key Responsibilities: Program and Project Management: Lead multiple concurrent projects from initiation through deployment and closure, ensuring on-time, within-scope, and within-budget delivery. Apply appropriate delivery models (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid) based on project needs, complexity, and stakeholder environment. 2. Technical Delivery Management: Ensure robust technical design, solution development, system integration, and data management practices. Coordinate closely with technical leads, developers, and architects to ensure solutions meet business needs and performance standards. 3. Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with business sponsors, IT leaders, vendors, and other key stakeholders. Host regular steering committee meetings, project workshops, and status review sessions. 4. Financial and Budget Management: Manage project budgets; track actuals vs forecasted spend. Provide regular financial reports to leadership with commentary on budget variances and corrective actions. 5. Workplan, Milestone, and Risk Management: Maintain detailed project workbooks and timelines. Track deliverables, dependencies, and project milestones. Identify risks proactively, maintain risk registers, and execute mitigation strategies. 6. Status Reporting: Provide regular and structured project status updates using standardized templates. Communicate project health, risks, issues, accomplishments, and upcoming deliverables. 7. Timesheet and Vendor Management: Ensure all project teams (internal and vendors) comply with time recording requirements. Oversee vendor contracts, deliverables, escalations, and compliance to agreed SLAs. Skills and Qualifications: Project Management: Proven experience in managing large-scale projects and knowledge of project management methodologies such as Agile and Scrum. Effective Communication and Presentation: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders. Effective Documentation: Proficiency in creating clear and comprehensive documentation for architectural designs, processes, and guidelines. Strong knowledge of SDLC, Agile, Scrum, SAFe, and Waterfall methodologies. Tools: Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, ServiceNow, MS Excel (advanced level for workbook management). Understanding of Data Management principles (ETL, Data Integration, Data Quality concepts). Familiarity with API integrations , Cloud Solutions (Azure, AWS), and DevOps practices (CI/CD pipelines) is a plus. Agile Practices & Tools: Proficiency with Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA, Trello, or Azure DevOps. Product Management: Understanding of product lifecycle management and its alignment with application development.
