Customer Service Executive

As a Customer Service Executive (Voice Process) at our company located in Nagpur, you will be required to utilize your experience ranging from 0.6 to 7 years in International Call Centers to effectively communicate with customers. We are also open to freshers who possess excellent verbal communication skills in English. Your primary responsibilities will include maintaining a positive and professional attitude towards customers, promptly responding to inquiries, and efficiently resolving complaints. It will be essential to keep detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback. Additionally, you will be expected to develop a strong understanding of our product line to provide customers with accurate information and solutions. You will be responsible for processing orders, forms, and applications, as well as identifying and escalating priority issues when necessary. Routing calls to the appropriate channels or individuals and ensuring follow-ups on customer inquiries will also be part of your daily tasks. Completing call logs and reports in a timely manner is crucial to this role. In addition to technical skills, soft skills such as excellent verbal and written communication, active listening, customer service orientation, attention to detail, and teamwork are essential for success in this position.
