Customer Service Executive (International BPO)

As a Customer Service Executive (Voice Process) at our esteemed company in Nagpur, you will be required to possess 0.6 to 7 years of experience in an International Call Center (Voice Process). We are also open to freshers who exhibit excellent verbal communication skills in English. The salary package is not a constraint for deserving candidates. Your main responsibilities will include maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional demeanor towards customers, promptly responding to their inquiries, as well as addressing and resolving any complaints they might have. It is essential to keep meticulous records of all customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints. Furthermore, you will be expected to develop a deep understanding of our product line to offer customers swift and relevant solutions. Processing orders, forms, and applications, identifying and escalating priority issues, and appropriately routing calls to the relevant resources are also part of your daily tasks. Following up on customer calls when necessary, maintaining call logs and reports, are integral to the role. In addition to technical skills, soft skills play a crucial role in this position.
