Customer Service Executive

As a Customer Service Executive (Voice Process) at our esteemed company, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving. Your responsibilities will include: - Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude towards customers at all times. - Responding promptly to customer inquiries and resolving them efficiently. - Acknowledging and addressing customer complaints in a timely manner. - Keeping detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints. - Developing expertise in our product line to offer customers quick and relevant solutions. - Processing orders, forms, and applications accurately. - Identifying and escalating priority issues to ensure swift resolution. - Routing calls to the appropriate channels or resource persons when necessary. - Ensuring follow-up on customer calls when required. - Maintaining comprehensive call logs and reports. Qualifications Required: - Experience: 0.6 to 7 years in an international call center (voice process). Freshers are welcome if they possess excellent verbal communication skills in English. - Soft Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, patient listening, customer service orientation, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team.
