Location : Fatima Nagar, Hadpsar Job Type : Full-time Shift : Night :- Night US Experience : 0 – 1 Years (Freshers Welcome) Job Description We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused professionals for our International Voice Process team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound/outbound calls to and from international customers, resolving queries, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Handle customer queries via phone calls in a professional and timely manner. Provide accurate product/service information and troubleshoot basic issues. Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers. Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams. Record details of customer interactions and actions taken in CRM tools. Meet performance targets such as call quality, handling time, and customer satisfaction. Requirements Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written). Willingness to work in night shifts or rotational shifts. Good listening skills and a customer-centric approach. Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office. Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively. Experience in BPO/Call Centre is an advantage (not mandatory for freshers). Educational Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
