Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Bhopal for a Customer Service Engineer. The Customer Service Engineer will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction through field service, customer support, technical support, and troubleshooting. Daily tasks also include conducting equipment repairs, maintenance, and providing comprehensive support to our clients to enhance the operational efficiency of mining and construction machinery.

Qualifications

• Experience in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Support
• Skills in Field Service and Technical Support
• Proficiency in Troubleshooting and diagnosing issues
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and on-site in Bhopal
• Background in mechanical or electrical engineering is beneficial
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
