Your responsibilities will include: - Proactively engaging with clients to close Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) deals and implementing strategies to increase AMC sales while ensuring client satisfaction. - Attending to service complaints and calls promptly, allocating tasks efficiently to the technician team, and ensuring all service requests are addressed within the stipulated time. - Overseeing the work performed by technicians, ensuring that all maintenance and repair tasks are completed to the highest standards, and conducting follow-ups and quality checks to maintain service excellence. To qualify for this role, you should have: - Educational Qualification: Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering. - Experience: Minimum of one year in the HVAC field, with a proven track record in managing AMCs and service coordination. - Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills, strong organizational abilities, and proficiency in using service management software and tools.
