As a Service Engineer at our company, you will play a crucial role in delivering top-notch HVAC services to our valued clients, ensuring their systems operate smoothly and efficiently year-round. Key Responsibilities: - AMC Deals Management: Proactively engage with clients to close Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) deals. Develop and implement strategies to increase AMC sales and ensure client satisfaction. - Service Coordination: Attend to service complaints and calls promptly. Allocate tasks efficiently to the technician team, ensuring that all service requests are addressed within the stipulated time. - Work Supervision: Oversee the work performed by technicians, ensuring that all maintenance and repair tasks are completed to the highest standards. Conduct follow-ups and quality checks to maintain service excellence. Qualification Required: - Educational Qualification: Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering. - Experience: Minimum of one year of experience in the HVAC field, with a proven track record in managing AMCs and service coordination. - Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills, strong organizational abilities, and proficiency in using service management software and tools.
