As a Service Coordinator at our dynamic and customer-focused Facility Management service company based in Bhopal, M.P, you will be the central point of contact for all the distant site operations. Your role will involve ensuring smooth coordination between service teams, clients, and management, thereby playing a key role in scheduling, communication, documentation, and customer satisfaction. **Key Responsibilities** - Coordinate daily service operations and communications to teams in different locations. - Act as a liaison between clients, service teams, and head office. - Monitor job progress and ensure timely completion of service requests. - Maintain accurate records of service calls and customer feedback, keeping track of pending complaints. - Assist in preparing reports and performance metrics for branch activities. - Support the Director in administrative and operational tasks. - Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally. - Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards. **Qualifications** - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business administration or related field. - Minimum 3+ years of experience in service coordination, customer service, or operations. - Strong organizational and multitasking skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. - Proficiency in MS Office and Excel. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
