You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service as a Customer Service Co-ordinator. Your main duties will include: - Demonstrating excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing. - Responding to customer inquiries promptly, aiming for a turnaround time of two hours. - Building and maintaining positive relationships with clients through regular follow-up calls. - Documenting service complaints and assigning tasks to the service team. - Escalating any unresolved customer service issues as needed. - Participating in meetings to enhance productivity, address customer service challenges, and manage team workload. - Assisting in the training of new department employees. - Fostering positive working relationships within your team and collaborating effectively with other departments. Key Skills and Competencies: Professional: - Previous customer service experience in an office environment. - Proficiency in calculating figures, discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, and percentages. - Strong multitasking, prioritization, and execution abilities. - Capable of performing effectively under pressure and in stressful situations. Personal: - Maintaining a professional demeanor and attitude at all times. - Quick learner with the ability to grasp and communicate new technologies and procedures efficiently.
