You have a job opportunity as a Customer Service Co-ordinator with a company specializing in sales and service of Tool Room Machines for the past 25 years. Your role will involve the following responsibilities: - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. - Timely response to customer inquiries, with a maximum turnaround time of two hours. - Cultivate and nurture positive client relationships through regular follow-up calls. - Document customer service complaints and assign tasks to the service team. - Record and escalate any unresolved customer issues. - Participate in meetings to enhance productivity, address customer service concerns, and manage team workload. - Aid in the training of new departmental employees. - Foster positive working relationships within your team and across different functions.
