As the Housekeeping Supervisor, your primary responsibility is to oversee the daily operations of the housekeeping staff. Your duties include ensuring cleanliness, orderliness, punctuality, and adherence to quality standards in designated areas. You will be engaged in training, scheduling, and supervising staff, conducting inspections, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Key Responsibilities: Supervise housekeeping staff to ensure efficient and high-standard task completion. Conduct regular inspections of facilities, industrial plants, and common areas to maintain cleanliness and uphold company policies. Manage staff schedules to ensure optimal staffing levels. Train and mentor housekeeping staff on cleaning techniques, equipment usage, and safety protocols. Address and resolve client complaints regarding housekeeping services promptly and professionally. Maintain inventory levels of uniforms, cleaning supplies, and equipment, and place orders when necessary. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in all housekeeping activities. Collaborate with the Head Office to meet operational requirements. Prepare reports on housekeeping activities, performance, and areas for improvement. Qualifications and Skills: Proven experience in a housekeeping or supervisory role. Excellent leadership and team management skills. Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of cleaning procedures, equipment, and health standards in an Industrial plant. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Basic proficiency in computer applications (e.g., MS Office and Excel). Working Conditions: Ability to stand, walk, and perform monitoring tasks for extended periods.
