Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Support Executive to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing post-reservation support to customers, ensuring smooth vehicle pickup experiences, and resolving any queries or issues that may arise during the rental process.

Key Responsibilities

Provide for customer support & query resolution.
Provide prompt and professional assistance to customers after reservation confirmation.
Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
Resolve customer complaints and concerns related to vehicle pickup, documentation, and rental processes.
Guide customers through the vehicle inspection and handover process.
Troubleshoot issues related to reservations, payments, and vehicle availability.
Follow up on customer complaints to ensure satisfactory resolution.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and issue resolutions.
Coordinate with different departments (Operations, Finance, Sales) for seamless service delivery
Maintain knowledge of current policies, procedures, and promotional offers
