Job Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficiently.
• Explain project details and offerings to prospective customers.
• Follow up with leads and maintain a strong relationship with potential buyers.
• Schedule site visits and coordinate with the sales team.
• Maintain a database of customer interactions and feedback.
• Provide after-sales support and address customer queries or concerns.
• Meet daily and monthly call targets and performance goals.

Requirements:

• Minimum education: 12th Pass or Graduate (preferred)
• Proven experience as a telecaller, customer service executive, or similar role (preferred but not mandatory)
• Good communication skills in Hindi and Marathi (English is a plus)
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM usage is a plus)
• Pleasant personality and a customer-centric attitude
• Ability to handle pressure and meet targets
