Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service Executive to manage our massage chair kiosk at Nashik Road Railway Station. The role involves interacting with customers, assisting them in using the massage chairs, handling payments, and ensuring smooth operations. Key Responsibilities: Customer Assistance: Greet passengers, explain massage chair services, and help them select the right session. Payment Handling: Process cash/digital payments and maintain transaction records. Operations & Maintenance: Ensure chairs are clean, functional, and ready for use. Report any issues immediately. Promotions & Sales: Encourage passengers to try the service, highlight benefits, and offer special promotions. Crowd Management: Handle peak-hour rush efficiently and maintain order at the kiosk. Hygiene & Cleanliness: Keep the kiosk area neat, sanitized, and welcoming for customers. Feedback & Reporting: Collect customer feedback and share daily sales reports with management. Requirements: Minimum 12th pass or equivalent education. Previous customer service or sales experience preferred. Basic digital payment knowledge (UPI, card transactions, QR scanning). Good communication skills in Hindi, Marathi, and basic English. Polite, friendly, and proactive attitude. Ability to handle busy railway crowd efficiently. Mandatory: Candidates must submit a Police Verification Certificate and Medical Fitness Certificate before joining. Perks & Benefits: Fixed salary + performance-based incentives.
