The Customer Service Associate of Cytiva is responsible for timely processing of customer Orders, shipments from overseas. Be in constant Touch with Customer and Supply chain/Modality fulfillment of Delivery updates.

This position is part of the India Customer Service located in Bangalore and will be onsite. At Cytiva, our vision is, to advance future therapeutics from discovery to delivery.


What you will do:

  • Plan and pro-actively manage the entire process of fulfilling a customer contract from Order Entry to Collection to ensure that customer requirements are met.
  • Establish and maintain communication with the appropriate individuals throughout the process (OTR Regional Mgr., Install Specialist, OTR Logistics, Installation coordinator, application coordinator, Finance).
  • Order Entry and backlog quality. Implement changes as required for each project followed. Optimize Sales transfers.
  • Monitor the Customer Plan versus actual to pro-actively reduce Span in the Customer Order Fulfillment grounded on SCOT optimization.
  • Ensure orders validation, compliance, and approvals before Order Entry. Follow up process on shipment, installation, application and collection issues related to OTR.


Who you are:

  • Experience – preferably 3+ years in Commercial Field – Order Management / Customer Service.
  • Well versed in MS office platform, and candidate should possess good experience in handling ERP systems – Oracle Preferred.
  • Good communication in English both Verbal & Written & good inter-personal skills.


It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

  • Degree in Commerce
  • Hands-on knowledge in Warehouse operations, customs, banking, Freight forwarders, LC and Bank Transactions will be an added advantage.
