• Proactively reach out to customers browsing the website to offer assistance in placing orders.

• Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or e-commerce support is a plus.
• Strong written communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
