As a Customer Service representative, you will be responsible for greeting and assisting customers with product information and queries. Key Responsibilities: - Meet sales targets through effective product promotion. - Showcase features of mobiles and electronics through demonstrations. - Assist with inventory management and replenishment. - Manage POS transactions and cash handling accurately. - Ensure store upkeep by keeping it clean, organized, and well-stocked. - Collect and act on customer feedback for better service.
