Customer Service Associate (CSA)

As a Jr. Customer Support Associate at LILO, your role will involve assisting customers through calls and chat to ensure a smooth and satisfying experience. You will be the primary point of contact, resolving queries, guiding customers through orders, and providing timely solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Respond promptly to customer queries via phone calls and chat support - Assist customers with order placement, product information, delivery updates, and app-related queries - Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude - Record customer interactions, issues, and resolutions - Resolve customer complaints efficiently and escalate unresolved issues - Coordinate with operations, logistics, and kiosk teams when required - Provide accurate information and ensure customer satisfaction - Identify recurring issues and share valuable feedback - Support customer retention and engagement initiatives Skills & Qualifications: - Strong verbal and written communication skills - Ability to handle multiple conversations and manage time effectively - Polite, patient, and solution-oriented attitude - Basic computer literacy and familiarity with chat tools or CRM systems - Ability to work in rotational shifts - Problem-solving mindset and willingness to learn LILO offers a Full-time, Permanent job type with benefits including a flexible schedule and Provident Fund.
