CSA (Customer Service Associate) – Retail Industry Job Description Position Overview: A Customer Service Associate (CSA) in the retail industry is responsible for assisting customers, ensuring a smooth shopping experience, maintaining store standards, and supporting sales operations. Key Responsibilities: Greet customers and provide assistance in locating products. Understand customer needs and offer suitable product suggestions. Handle billing, cash/card transactions, and generate invoices. Manage product display, shelf arrangement, and stock refilling. Maintain cleanliness and overall store presentation. Handle customer queries, complaints, and provide quick resolutions. Check and monitor product expiry, pricing labels, and barcodes. Coordinate with the store manager and team for daily operations. Assist in stock receiving, counting, and inventory records. Promote ongoing offers, loyalty programs, and new arrivals.
