Job Description

Role Overview:
The Office Support Executive will handle client calls, maintain basic admin tasks, support sales teams with communication, and ensure smooth day-to-day office operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls politely
  • Share product/service information with clients
  • Maintain client data and update records regularly
  • Support sales team by scheduling follow-ups
  • Assist in preparing basic reports and documentation
  • Manage emails, messages, and other communication tasks
  • Coordinate with internal departments for smooth workflow
  • Maintain a professional appearance and pleasant communication tone

Skills Required:

  • Good communication skills in English & Hindi
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, MS Word)
  • Ability to handle customer queries with patience
  • Time management and multitasking ability
  • Team working mindset and confidence on calls

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
