Job Description

Role Overview: As a Telephone Operator at the company, your role involves answering telephone calls to take messages from clients or provide information. You will be responsible for greeting walk-in patients and guests, ensuring they are comfortable. Additionally, you will create, adjust, or cancel appointments as necessary and handle tasks such as faxing, scanning, mailing, and filing documents. Informing concerned doctors about visits or cancellations will also be part of your responsibilities.
