Key Responsibilities: Scan and digitize physical documents with precision and in a timely manner. Organize and label scanned documents according to company guidelines. Ensure that all scanned documents are saved and stored in the correct digital files and folders. Assist in organizing and maintaining the physical document storage space. Handle any document retrieval requests as per company protocols. Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive documents.
