Job Description

As an Executive – Customer Service at EazyDiner, you will assist in delivering exceptional support to customers, ensuring their dining and reservation experiences are seamless and enjoyable. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about customer satisfaction and learning the intricacies of the hospitality industry.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer queries related to restaurant bookings, cancellations, and special requests via calls, emails, and chat support.
  • Assist customers in navigating the EazyDiner platform, providing guidance on offers, promotions, and loyalty programs.
  • Resolve customer concerns or complaints promptly, escalating complex issues to senior team members or management when necessary.
  • Coordinate with partner restaurants to confirm reservations and address customer specific needs.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback using the company’s CRM software.
  • Participate in training sessions to gain a thorough understanding of EazyDiner’s services, policies, and systems.
  • Support the team in identifying opportunities for improving the customer experience.


Skills Required:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (knowledge of additional regional languages is a plus).
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Office, CRM systems).
