Customer Service Assistant

As a Business Development Executive, your primary responsibility will be to generate leads for Delegate's tickets (physical & virtual) and meet revenue targets across various events by acquiring new business and retaining existing clients. You will need to identify and reach out to senior-level executives in different business sectors, present compelling business proposals, and effectively communicate with decision makers to secure deals in line with company standards. Key responsibilities include establishing connections with key decision makers, delivering persuasive business propositions, maintaining clear communication throughout the sales process, meeting personal and company targets, addressing customer inquiries promptly and professionally, ensuring business compliance, collaborating with the team to achieve revenue goals, updating the company's CRM system, leading by example, and continuously improving performance levels and skills. To excel in this role, you should possess proficient English communication skills, preferably have experience in cold calling and client database management, demonstrate excellent negotiation abilities, be sociable and self-motivated with strong networking skills. This is a full-time, permanent position with evening shifts and requires at least 1 year of experience in B2B International Sales.
