What you’ll do Turn service into sales: Use creative ideas (bundles, add-ons, timely offers) across calls/chat/WhatsApp—don’t just follow a script. Be proactive: Follow up on carts and past buyers; revive cold leads; suggest smart alternatives. Resolve order issues end-to-end: Log clearly, set ETAs, coordinate with ops/logistics, and keep customers updated. Boost website feedback: Request reviews post-delivery/resolution; aim for happy, public customer feedback. Explore offline growth: Identify and pitch corporate/bulk deals, boutique tie-ups, local pop-ups—and close them.
