Key Responsibilities Store Operations: Responsible for opening and closing the store as per schedule. Maintain cleanliness and organization at all times. Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, manage inward and outward stock, perform regular audits, and prevent stock discrepancies. Sales Target & Performance: Achieve monthly sales targets and work proactively to boost conversions and walk-ins. Customer Relationship & Retention: Handle in-store customer queries, ensure high satisfaction, and build long-term customer relationships. Staff Supervision: Manage, train, and schedule staff (if any) for efficient performance and store support. Supplier & Delivery Coordination: Coordinate with suppliers for timely restocking and handle delivery follow-ups. Stock Reports & Recordkeeping: Maintain accurate daily, weekly, and monthly sales and inventory reports. Store Visuals & Merchandising: Ensure merchandise is well displayed and aligned with brand standards. Other Duties: Any additional responsibilities that ensure smooth store functioning.
