Customer Service Analyst

Key Responsibilities: - Provide outstanding service to employees of the bank, completing general HR requests - Educate employees on different ways to interact with HR and support them in selecting the right service options for their needs - Use effective questioning techniques to gather information for accurate and fair solutions aligned with the bank's policies and processes - Identify the root cause of issues and effectively solve them - Stay updated on changes in policy, process, and procedure to provide the best advice - Manage personal workload and adapt to HR team requirements - Utilize HR systems to accurately record and maintain customer records Qualifications Required: - Background in delivering excellent customer service - Ability to tailor communication skills for various customers - Strong numeracy and literacy skills with attention to detail - Conflict management skills in difficult situations - Interpersonal skills with a level of empathy for issue resolution - Good communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills - Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment both independently and as part of a team - Experience working with teams in India & the UK - Knowledge in Background Verification processes - Experience in candidate interaction,
