Claims Processing:Handling claims related to fraud, ensuring they are processed accurately and efficiently while adhering to process Documentation:Maintaining detailed records of investigations, findings, and actions taken for each claim.Communication:Collaborating with other departments, investigators, to resolve fraud cases.
