Job Description

Role Overview: As a Customer Service Analyst at Accenture, your primary responsibility will be to lead conversion design sessions with clients, produce design documents, and map/transformation documents. You will play a crucial role in transitioning end-to-end DC 401(k), 403(b) retirement plans from prior service providers to the current organization, which includes transferring plan assets, participant records, and conversion data files. Your tasks will involve researching, analyzing, and recommending data conversion strategies for complex retirement plans, identifying data deficiencies, and defining remediation plans. Furthermore, you will be in charge of managing and leading the migration and testing of static data and transaction data for plan conversion. Key Responsibilities: - Lead conversion design sessions with clients - Produce design documents and map/transformation documents - Transition end-to-end DC 401(k), 403(b) retirement plans - Research, analyze, and recommend data conversion strategies - Identify data deficiencies and define remediation plans - Manage and lead the migration and testing of static data and transaction data - Communicate data requirements with clients and project teams - Negotiate best practices and implement code-based programming solutions - Perform data migration audits, reconciliation, and exception reporting - Develop reports using SQL Server, MS Access, Cognos, and Discovery Qualifications Required: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in a data analyst position within the Plan conversion team - Professional MS Access Database & SQL query experience preferred - Working knowledge of Microsoft Access, Excel, SQL, and other ETL tools - Demonstrated aptitude in data analysis, metrics, and trends - Basic understanding of proprietary systems, administration services, and related data services - Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills - Ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical resources - Proven experience in managing services for Defined Contribution plans in the US Retirement Services domain If you are detail-oriented, possess a strong background in data analysis and conversion strategies, and can work independently and within a team in a results-driven environment, we encourage you to apply for this rewarding opportunity at Accenture.,
