As an Experience Associate in the role of Customer Service & Sales, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound customer interactions in an International Call Center. Your main focus will be on pitching products/services, achieving sales targets, and providing excellent customer service support. Key Responsibilities: - Handle inbound/outbound customer interactions - Pitch products/services and achieve sales targets - Provide excellent customer service support Qualifications Required: - Excellent English communication skills - Minimum 6 months experience in an international BPO preferred; freshers with strong English skills welcome - Willingness to work night shifts In this role, you will be working in a Fixed Night Shift (US Shift) for 5 days a week at the Sanpada, Navi Mumbai location.
