Customer Service Advisor

VOC Automotive India Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Service Advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, coordinating service appointments, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the service process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in person, via phone, or email.
• Schedule and manage service appointments efficiently.
• Provide accurate information about services, pricing, and timelines.
• Liaise between customers and the service department to ensure timely updates.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
• Maintain service records and customer feedback for continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Prior experience in automotive customer service is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and basic CRM tools.
• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,500.00 - ₹35,500.00 per month
